At the beginning of each year, all members, whether novice or Varsity, are required to submit certain documents. These include emergency cards, contracts, liability forms, and media release forms.
Although this page is mostly only usedfor the beginning of the year, we may be uploading new forms here throughout the year. These could vary from Invitational forms to fundraising documents. In the event of this, we will notify everyone on the home page as well as our Facebook group since there is typically no need to check this page once all paperwork has been turned in.
Mandatory Paperwork
We require several forms that must be turned in by each student to Arthur Krut, SOCES Speech and Debate Secretary. The first is a signed emergency card, and the second is a team contract that outlines the rules that must be followed at each practice and tournament.
